Simple Question - Simple Answer? (SDV and PPV)

Cox is as much help as a jab in the eye with a metal fork so I'm turning to you guys for help. I have a TiVo Series 3 with the Cisco SDV adapter. Can I order pay-per-view or not? I don't want the "Cox Box" in my house, but it just feels like that is the only way I'm going to get pay-per-view.

You won't be able to order PPV with the SDV adapter. You have a couple options:

* Some cable companies allow you to call and order PPV -- no box required, and will work with Tivo.

* Some cable companies will give you a cable box for no charge and no monthly fee if you tell them you're using it for the sole purpose of ordering PPV. Makes sense, when you think about it.
