The show was renewed for a fifth season of 22 episodes. In an interview with on The Daily Show with Jon Stewart on Thursday, May 15, 2008, Leary revealed season 5 had been delayed until March 2009 because of the writer's strike, but that all 22 episodes would air on consecutive weeks. Joining the cast will be actor Michael J. Fox, who is set to play the part of Janet's (Andrea Roth) new love interest. According to the L.A. Weekly, on December 1, 2008 during an appearance at Book Soup in West Hollywood, Leary revealed plot details for season 5, specifically that a reinvestigation into the events leading up to and surrounding 9/11 is a major plot line in the first 10 episodes of season 5, which is slated to premiere in April 7, 2009[1]. Co-star Daniel Sunjata has spoken about why the new season features 9/11 as a sub plot.[2]

I am. It'll give me something to watch this summer. I think it's eventually going to be an 'over the top' show like Nip/Tuck, but I'm always going to watch. :)

So how long has it been since this show was on the air? It seems like a VERY long time. I barely remember the last plot lines.

i'm not sure when the last episode aired...maybe spring of 2007? i'm a recent fan of the show having started watching it over the summer via netflix dvd. go the fix website if you want to review last season's story...

Good to have the show back. I think it stumbled somewhat last season but it's still a good show. Hopefully they can sustain it for 22.

Weird huh FX didn't show last season leading up to the new season.
Or is something coming up that i'm not aware of?

Has it been that long?? Maybe it doesn't feel that way because I caught all of their mini episodes that FX aired a little while back.
