Relatively slow until late in the episode then Jack's kill count started climbing again.

So First Daughter was the news leak all along. That beyotch.

And now Moss is realizing that Jack is a good guy again, but... ooops, exposed to bio hazard.

And how stupid were Jack and Tony? If you're at a numbers disadvantage, then get yourself some other advantage, like position or surprise. Had they been patient, they could have taken all those guys out without any issues. Hopefully the boneheaded security guard got away.

So the big bad is the head of Starkwood. And they're so sinister that they hold board meetings at 10:30 p.m.!

Good to see First Husband is out of surgery and expected to recover. I expect that's the last we'll see of him, which is just fine with me.

The daughter was definitely no surprise. I do have to agree with DevdogAZ; there's no question Jack and Tony could have destroyed those guys especially since Jack had a silencer (where did that come from?) The bad guys were exposed in, essentially, a canyon.

Still, it's been a fairly entertaining season. I wonder what's next?

We finally learn who Angelina Jolie's dad really is. He is Dick Cheney. He stands on the podium during the presidential inauguration, and is also CEO of a shadowy corporation (KBR) that has extensive ties to the government and military and runs its own private mercenary army.

Haven't we seen this plot before in the movie "Shooter", where Mark Wahlberg was the rogue agent going up against Richard Dreyfus in the Dick Cheney roll? Wouldn't surprise me if this season of 24 ended the same way the movie ended.

Since Jack's been exposed to the biohazard, maybe they can figure out what kind of nasty thing it is and how to limit the damage it can cause. Even in 24 I can't see them coming up with an antidote before 8am.

Starkwood probably has one though. It would be foolish to develope a biohazard and not develope the antidote for your own people. I think Speed (whatever his name is on this show) going to to give the good guys the formula for the antidote at some point. I really get the feeling he's not happy with what the Midnight Cowboy is doing here.

regarding plots, i just watched last weeks

right before i watched 24 and the similarities in the private need for 'war' were just very..coincidental. I would expect more from 24 so lets hope they dont disappoint me. But as far as the spoilered show, it's built around that theme so i can understand it.

I wasn't sure if it was a cooling tank or not, but I was speculating that it would be a combination of chemicals that would have to be mixed to create the deadly agent, and what Jack was exposed to was only one part of the formula. Based on that one part of the formula, they'll be able to determine what the overall agent is and work out a solution from there, but it will allow Jack to be "safe" despite being exposed.

The risk that the security guard ratted on them is WAY higher than the risk from doing the operation without the help of the guard.

The guard simply opened a gate, turned off some cameras. One of their Ninja guys could have done all that easily.

Jack is infected with something, but because his exposure was limited, he's still alive for now but is a "dead man walking". He saves the day and goes out in a blaze of glory in the process.

If and when there is another season of 24, Agent Freckles will be the lead.

why was the truck jack was driving smoking? I played it a few times and at the end when he leaned against the front tire, the smoke came out from under the hood. I doubt a simple fence would cause a radiator to get punctured or anything..or did he hit more than that?
