Why was Orson sleeping on the couch? That house has at least 4 bedrooms. They had guests living there while the two kids lived in the house. Didn't make sense.....

I feel bad for Edie. She finally found herself a man and he turned out to be a murdering psycho.

Oh wow. That was not the ending I expected. I think she will survive though.....for now.

Shouldn't that be spoilerized?!?!?

Are we supposed to spoilerize things that are in the previews at the end of last week's episode (i.e., previews previewing the episode that has now aired, that we are now discussing)? I don't think so, but just in case:

The previews said one of the housewives will die. This cliffhanger ending flies directly in the face of that. Lame.

They seemed to wrap up the Carlos's ex-GF storyline fairly quickly. I guess Lynette will become his indispensable second in command, and Tom will get jealous, yadda yadda.

Are they setting up Susan getting back together with Karl?

The Orson storyline is pretty lame. "I may start stealing again."

Absolutely it should. It almost certainly answers the question: Is Edie dead?

While it might not - she could be alive and then die (or leave for some other reason) later in the season - there are few enough episodes left that it's a safe assumption.

Some people deliberately don't watch previews so as not to have the next episode spoiled (not me - I watch them). So I would say if it didn't happen in the context of the current or a past episode - spoilers. IMHO.

They don't watch previews so as not to have "the next episode" spoiled before it airs. But the "next episode" has now aired and this is the thread for that episode. (IOW, the episode the preview was about, not the episode the preview appears after).

I might try not watching previews next season just to see what that experience is like. I image it would be a bit different?!?!

I routinely don't watch previews. Not because I'm afraid of the next show getting spoiler, but because the previews are often edited to make you think something is going to happen that doesn't. To make it appear more exciting than it really will be. To avoid that, I often skip them.

Orson's character has got to be one of the worst TV characters ever. First he was a control freak murdering psycho, then the devoted husband... now he's back to psycho, but in a whiny, passive, juvenile way. I wish the writers would make up their minds about who this guy is.

I agree. I was really hoping Edie would mow him down with her car and he'd end up being the "Housewife" who got killed.

Would have been poetic justice, no? Although I do have to say, the writers need to find a new schtick. The car accidents are getting old.

I was really wanting Orson to kick it. Now will he fess up to Bree that he caused Edie to crash? Doubtful.
