I just start watching Terminator: The Sarah Connor Chronicles from S02E06(At S02E07) And when I read the episode threads I see some posters saying "Sarah new Cameron was right to shot them" or the new Terminator.

Did someone get replaced? or what?

The person mistyped "knew" (and shoot).

Sarah knew Cameron was right to shoot them.

So no one has been replaced or left? Same cast from S1?Certainly no one has been replaced. The main cast (Sarah, John, Cameron) are still there. Several recurring characters are gone (or come and gone or just new).

It's a common mistake. Like typing "I'm" for "Am."
