One thing I liked when I had the DirecTv DVR was how they had a line showing what time it was in the guide. I think Tivo needs something like this too. I attached a screenshot so you can see what I mean.

I'm not sure if you're really asking about the current time or if you're looking for a grid-style program guide. If you haven't already done it yet, change your Guide to the "Grid Guide" rather than the "Tivo Live Guide" (press enter when in the guide)

That will be the closest to what you had before.

Tivo shows the current time in the upper right-hand corner of the guide or when you press Info, regardless of which type of guide you're using.

Hope this helps!

I already use the Grid Guide and not the Tivo Live Guide. I know I can look at the time in the upper right hand corner, but it is more intuitive to just put a little line or some marker to show what the current time is in the guide.

Sometimes you're just scanning through the guide, forgetting what time it is, and choose a program to watch only to find out you're already watching the ending credits. That's where a marker or a line would help because it is incorporated into the guide better than a clock in the corner.

I attached a screenshot of what it could look like.

Gotya! Now I understand! The marker was actually so small that I didn't even notice it in the photo until you expanded your explanation. (I thought your arrow was pointing to the actual time and not the marker that I didn't notice! Woops!)

Yeah, unfortunately Tivo doesn't have this. I think for most folks having the current time displayed on the same screen is enough, but I get your point.
