I've had my TiVo HD getting OTA HD since September. Works great. Most of my channels are 89% signal strength or greater.
I was watching TV and went to watch E.R. but it was just a black screen. I tried to go "live" and it wasn't getting anything. Then a screen comes up "Searching for signal on: Antenna In".
I re-scan for channels and re-ran guided setup.
Then I went and looked at my strength channel by channel and all of them show up - except for NBC.
11-1, KAREDT, Frequency 11 has no digital signal.
11-1, KAREHD, Frequency 35 has a digital signal.
I checked the guide, and there is no data for it "To be announced", but I can watch it live - late night programming is airing right now. And it was "To be announced" before I re-ran guided setup.
What can I do to make it use KAREHD on Frequency 35 and not KAREDT on Frequncy 11. Do I need to re-do my Season Passes once I get data for it?

We are having the same issues - I tried re-running setup with no luck.

Until TiVo fixes the lineup (hopefully soon), you have to setup manual recordings on KAREHD.
Note, the same thing happened about a couple of weeks ago with TPT (KTCAHD); took a few days to have it fixed.

Is this something that should be reported to them? Or will they pick up on this and correct it for us?
As you can see - long time "looker" but not many posts from me!
What would be best practice?
Thanks, Ray

The best thing to do would be to use TiVo's "report a lineup problem" page at their website...
Which disappeared a while back.
Maybe TiVoJerry or one of the others?

Hi. Same here. WCAU (10-1) in Philadelphia went out as of Thursday. I rescanned and it picked up 10-1, 10-2, and 10-3 on Frequency 67 (rather than frequency 34 - specified in the lineup for my area). Unfortunately, the programming data is only available on the "bad" channels. I called Tivo support yesterday and they said they would open a ticket with Tribune, the company responsible for the guide data. The support representative said it would take seven to ten business days to be addressed. In the meantime, I'm setting up timer recordings. Hopefully, this will be worked out soon.

Some stations changed frequencies when analog turned off. Here, that was delayed by the FCC until June. Both the old and new frequencies show up, but I didn't pay enough attention to which were which. I may still be on the old frequencies.
Once the guide data are fixed, you can uncheck the KAREDT channel in your channel list, and the season passes should remap. On my TiVos, as TWC added HD channels, all the SP's changed themselves to use the HD channels rather than the SDs. When I moved a TiVo from OTA + cable to cable only, the SPs changed to the cable HD channels without action on my part except rerunning GS to remove the antenna input.

im glad someone else is having the same problem on the same channel. It just occured to me that the same thing is happening with my pbs channel, WHYY, Channel 12-1 through 12-3. Are you having problems with that too? Or don't you receive that channel?

Hi Krismast. Unfortunately, I have never been able to pick up 12-1 through 12-3 in my area.

7-10 DAYS! That's a rediculous timeframe for this. I know this isn't TiVo's fault directly, but I would hope that they would fix it sooner than that. We missed ER last week because of it (not that I care, but my wife does), and we had to watch it online.
I think that this just shows that TiVo needs to have a mechanism in place for users to manually map lineups to signals. I mostly want this for QAM needs, but it would fix this issue as well.

RayThanks for calling. Hopefully it will be corrected soon.
I'll have to set up manual recordings for my shows this week.

We have the same issue in Indianapolis with our NBC affiliate.
13.1 - Frequency 46
13.2
13.3
Last week (12th) TiVo said there was a line-up change...
13.1 - Frequency 13
13.2
13.3
They are still broadcasting at 46 so there is no schedule to record against.

According to Antenna Web (http://www.antennaweb.org/aw/Welcome.aspx), KAREDT is on frequency 35 and will be moving to frequency 11 after the June switch over and there is no KAREHD.
On 3/12 I started using a converter box on a S2 and the only channels that Tivo has on the list for KARE are KAREDT and KAREDT2

The error reporting web page referred to in post 5 has been discontinued, and the only solution available now is to call TiVo Customer Support and report the problem. I would not suggest just waiting for TiVo to fix the problems, you need to call them and report the problems.

I opened a ticket last Saturday on the WCAU issue in the Philly region. Luckily, I don't seem to like NBC much and do not have a recordings scheduled. Still a pain. Try explaining the issue to your wife for some fun.

It appears to be fixed on my TiVo, however now the antenna channel 11 has no signal. Did Kare11 turn off their analog signal already?
