Just use Windows Explorer to copy the .tivo file to the flash drive. (make sure it has enough space, TiVo files can be big) The .tivo file will play on any PC that is setup to have the same Media Access Key as the TiVo the file originated from.

Hey thanks a lot Dan that worked great! I put it on the flash drive drive tried it on my computer worked fine my doughters laptop worked fine ,put it in my buddies computer and the screen was scrambled and green. I assume this is the (same media access key) you speek of. Is there any way to resolve this issue?I don't know how to change a media access key.

Install TiVo Desktop on that machine and then enter the media access key as shown on the DVR media access key screen.

Or use Tivodecode (http://tivodecode.sourceforge.net/)to convert the .tivo file to a .mpg. It should play on any computer that you want then. You will lose the metadata, but other than that it will be the same file.
