Hi,
I'm running Windows Vista and get a UAC warning when Tivo Desktop launches the auto update process. This causes my desktop to freeze until I confirm the request.
Is there some way to configure Tivo Desktop to only check for updates manually or at least modify it to only search once a week or once a month?
I found the following registry key that appears to control this activity:
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\TiVo\Desktop\LastUpdateCheck
Is there a hidden key to control this update interval?
Thanks
