Hi,
Like the others in this forum, I'm underwhelmed by the Comcast DVR with Tivo. I too have had more issues in the month that I've had it than the previous 6 years with my DirecTivo.
Anyhow...I woke up this morning unable to delete shows. The prompts all work as if the show will be deleted, only it doesn't delete. I've tried rebooting a few times, but nothing has changed.
The only thing that comes to mind is if it has anything to do with the daylight savings time change over night. I've got an open ticket with Comcast, but they were unable to do anything on Sunday morning.
Is anyone else experiencing this?
After this and the many other small glitches, I'm about ready to jump ship and go buy a real TivoHD.

I can't delete shows either - the shows disappear from the Now Playing list, but the Tivo is obviously not reclaiming the space.
In addition, all the shows' screens say "Some Features are Temporarily Unavailable"

I called tech support. They were polite but unable to even recommend anything.
Can you record? I hadn't noticed, but I can't record either. None of my scheduled recordings have occurred and if I just hit the record button during a live show, it goes through the prompts but does not actually start recording.
This was the last straw for me. I've had more issues in my two weeks with this unit than with my entire 5+ years on my DirecTivo. I went and bought a TivoHD and have an appointment on Wed morning for Comcast to install a cable card.
I asked for a multi-stream card, but I'm not confident that they will bring it since the woman on the phone didn't seem to know what they are.

No problems here. Deletes and records as it should.

I had been having problems as well. Two boxes later and it seems to be stable again. Sounds like there was some issue going on from what the second service person said. This seems to have been a wide-spread event.
At least this time, Comcast came out very quickly and sent actual employees who were incredibly useful and knowledgeable!
