I have two problems. First is that I have a number of files that I accidentally clobbered during the transfer. Now the "pick recordings to transfer" list has red Xs on those files, and no matter which PC I use I can't download them. Several I really care about.
Is there a way to clear this set of red Xs and start over?
My second problem is that it always says "transferring 3 programs" even when it is transferring none. It also says "some transfers have been interrupted". This seems related to the first problem.
My guess is that there is some list somewhere that records failed downloads just to make me angry. Is there some way to clear this list?
EDIT == I discovered the "Transfer Status" button on one of my two computers worked (for the first time ever). I was able to clear the red Xs and transferring message. The other computer (which is the one I'd really like to do the transfers on) still does nothing when I click the "Transfer Status" button and still has all the problems.
