Tivo HD recording to a portable HD Format - anyway to do it?

I am looking for a way to convert TIVO HD recording to a portable HD format. Roxio requires that the resolution be reduced. Is there any way to do this? different software?

What exactly do you mean by "portable?" If you 're talking about a format that can be loaded onto an iPod or other portable video device then you'd have to re-encode the video, resulting in anything but HD content. In fact, the resolution would be reduced to something comparable to a VHS tape recording or possibly even worse.
