Am I the only one who's DirecTivo will ask to change the other tuner to record something you have told it to, but stunningly will change the other WITHOUT PERMISSION for a stupid suggestion recording? HUH!

Let me get this straight... If I've expressly told you it should be recorded, you double-check with me about changing that other tuner, if it's your wild-hair idea, do it without permission willy-nilly. (Does that seem as stupid and super-annoying to anyone else, or is it just me?)

Seems like every Sunday I'm watching two games and when 7 o'clock rolls around and the game is getting tight it just poof kills the other tuner and I'm screwed. (clearly I have issues about this).

On Sunday when you are watching two games, record on both tuners and there will be no interuption by TiVo.

Why not just turn off suggestions? I've never seen anything in suggestions that remotely interests me anyway.

It only asks when it thinks you're active. That used to be any remote activity in the last 15min. But I don't know what screwed up logic they use today.

Just turn off suggestions when you are using both tuners. You should really set both tuners to record anyway, it just takes one wrong key press on the remote and you've lost everything on the active tuner.

And remember with automatic recording of suggestions turned off, you can still look through the list for shows you might want to record.
