View Full Version : Loss of Dual Tuner Functionality

Overnight (Feb. 28), at the 2:00 a.m. update, something in it has ceased my dual tuner functionality of my TiVo HD unit, less than a year old. Did anyone else experience this, and what - if anything - can be done to rectify it?

Connected to extended basic cable service.

Never mind. I forced another connection to the TiVo computer and the problem has disappeared. Strange!

I have both the older Series3 and the TivoHD. I woke up one morning and the Series3 had tuner#2 not working at all. I don't know when the software update occured and I've been having power glictches and TWC has been updating some channels... so who knows why it locked up. Anyway... I rebooted it and it has been working sense.
