long vacation - auto TTG to linux server ?

We're going on a very long trip which will definitely cause our Tivo to drop shows. Is there something that will run on a linux box that will TTG and convert every recorded episode of a list of shows?

I'm a fan of pyTivo for TTCB, but I never used TTG before.
