First fight, I think the ref stopped it too early on Koschek. He probably would have lost, but it was an early stoppage.
There were some real good KO's in the other fights.
Joe Stephenson needs a new coach. He was way too one dimensional: boxing, single punches only. I was disappointed in his performance.

For a crappy card, it turned out some pretty decent fireworks.
Kos was definately geezed when he hit the deck. I can't say I'd have been disappointed to see him get pounded on some more, though.
Maia's sub was sick.

That was one hell of a night of fights. I've been much more satisfied with the free UFC events lately than the ones I'm spending $60 on!
I think Stevenson came in injured. There were rumors he wasn't going to be fighting at 100%. A knee, or something like that. I still think Diego wins 8/10 times against Stevenson, but something wasn't right with Joe last night. No way he goes three rounds under normal circumstances without throwing a single kick or aggressive takedown attempts. The very few times they clinched up and grappled it was exceptionally exciting.
Marquardt and Gouveia got ripped off for FOTN. I believe they deserved it more than Sanchez and Stevenson. I'm excited for Marquardt to get another shot at Silva.
Maia is the man. I love watching his jits. Transitions like that are why I love the ground game. Whenever possible I go to the fighters-only classes at the gym just to watch stuff like that.
I think Koscheck was finished, but I would have liked to have seen Thiago hop on him like Hardy did Markham. It was a somewhat similar situation but there was no doubt left in the Hardy finish.
Terry Etim looked incredible last night. Granted his opponent came in with just a few days notice, but still.
I'm anxious to see dos Santos in the octagon again. Hopefully he really is the real deal and not just making a Houston Alexander debut(s). I'm inclined to think he is the real deal, being one of Big Nog's guys.
Poor Neil Grove. I hope that isn't the end of his career, even though I don't know if he belongs in the UFC.
The refs were on hair-trigger tonight. All I could think of watching this is if Big Nog started his career in the UFC we'd have never heard of him..

What language was Etim speaking to Rogan in his post fight interview? :)
Good night of fights for a freebie. Especially watching the next morning blowing through all the fluff.

Not much to add other than it was a lot of fights for free.

Of the aired fights, yes. The sole fight that didn't make the broadcast was also a unanimous decision.
