I just wanted to check in to see if anyone had heard about any upcoming software updates??

A few days ago I received a new beta on my S3. Unfortunately I have not been home to look into it. My first question was whether it would solve some/all Netflix problems for people that are having such.

He didn't necessarily agree to anything.
TiVo updates a limited number of random TiVos with the beta software just before the final release.;)

I don't think they do that with beta versions. They do that with the release version to test the any impact on phone support.

Yes they do it with the beta version when the believe it's ready.

My number came up this time as one of those random test downloads. I mentioned the ver # in that Netflix Issues thread under Series 3 forum.

I doubt it. I think this is probably just a bug fix for some of the more serious HD TiVo problems that showed up in the winter update.

edit: I doubt it in the short term. Longer term, sure, maybe in the summer or fall. Berkshires post below pointed out my omission.
