View Full Version : "No Channel Data" error - possible to troubleshoot?

I rehacked a unit from a base image. Once it was running I restarted guided setup and no matter the area code, zip code or video source (antenna or cable) it gives an error

No Channel Data

No antenna or cable channel data was found for your zip code

Please try the zip code of a neighboring community that has the same or similar cable and antenna channel lineup.

I then did a clear and delete everything and it has the same error. I am thinking the database is corrupt and wouldn't mind to start from scratch but I'd hate for it to be a simple fix. The unit is using the internet for the connection to TiVo and there are no errors during the call.
