Toshiba SD-H400

I have a Toshiba SD-H400 it's begun to display problems in the last few days. It still boots and can access all previously recorded shows however Live TV doesn't display properly anymore. I have lots of digital artifacts in the picture and no sound. Is this a tuner problem or can this be fixed by replacing the hard drive?

How do you get your signal? Over the air or cable? If cable, are the other tvs having issues? Is the cable provider changing to digital on the channels you are trying to tune?

Cable no I can disconnect it and connect the same wire to the tv and the tv tuner has no problems. No my cable provider is not changing to digital they are continuing to provide analog services.
