Removing Channels from Line-Up

Hey Guys,

So I know I can get a list of channels and then go ahead and add some to a list... or even going to the channel manually and pushing record should add it... how do I remove them from the list? I'd like to remove all the on demand channels which for some reason have arrived in my list...

TiVo button, Messages & Settings, Settings, Channels, Channel List, then follow the instructions to add or delete.

Once you've removed the channels from your lineup, open the program guide and hit ENT. That will let you switch between all channels, channels I receive, and favorites.
