SD-H400 after cable goes digital

This is not about next month's over air conversion.

I would like to know from any series 2 user how their TiVo is doing after the cable provider pulled the remaining analog feeds. Is the TiVo working well with the low end cable converters the cable companies are supposed to offer?

There is a thread in the Coffee House called "Comcast DTA Unboxing" explaining all.

The gist of it is that TiVo support isn't there yet exactly for the DTA box. The lower end full box is supported, such as the Motorola DCT700 or DCH70

I looked there and it appears the DTA had an IR port that can use the wire that came with the series 2, no? That would sure solve my issue.
