lost abc philly mpeg4: did you have issues with stuttering and blackouts?

Ive had 771 errors but never on any HD stuff, just the SD off the 101 and 110. did anyone else have periods of no vid but did have audio or else just general stuttering?

771 is a searching for signal notification. Run a signal test and report back the results. Philly locals come from the 103 position.
