3 days in seclusion...

I'm having work done in my house, which will mean 2-3 days of my TiVO HD not being able to communicate via wireless or phone line. Other than no updates, will everything else be in working order, as long as it it still plugged in to the cable (like recordings, etc)?

It'll be fine. The tivo downloads and stores program data for about 2 weeks, and should be perfectly happy disconnected from it's motherhsip for a couple days.

Yes, it will work. I found this out by accident recently when I went on a trip for 9 days. Turned out my cable modem disconnected for pretty much the whole time and the Tivo still went on with recordings. The only issue was for a couple of late night re-run shows it recorded something different, probably because the cable channels rescheduled something and my tivo of course did not get those schedule changes. But for a 3 day period that is very unlikely to happen.
