Recording Status indicator - normal or glitch?

This evening, while the Tivo was recording it's scheduled American Idol recording, I decided to go to Find Programs to set up future American Idol recordings. When I found American Idol on the list and selected to see all the upcoming listings I saw the one currently recording had no red circle or any indication that it was in-progress. I even tried selecting it again to record, even though it was already recording, and it did not give me any notice that it was already recording this program. I also experimented with a few other programs and saw the same thing.

The red Recording indicator shows up correctly in the Now Playing list, the To Do list and the Guide, just not when viewing the program listings or info from
Find Programs.

Is this normal? I thought I remembered the red Recording status indicator showing in Find Programs as well.

Was it a suggestion? I cannot remember but if its recording a suggestion does it light up the red light?

It was not a Suggestion. It was selected by typing in the program name from Find Programs. (I have it set to not record Suggestions.)

When I noticed there was no record status showing using Find Programs I tried various other recordings, starting each one from Live TV, and none of them showed they were recording in Find Programs, but did show their status elsewhere. (OK in the Guide, To Do List and Now Playing.)
Interestingly, at 10PM another scheduled recording started and it shows the red Record status indicator in the Find Programs when looking through the program listings. I tried a few other quick recordings and they show there as well, although none showed earlier.
