Tivo HD and FIOS Guide problem

Does anyone know how I can contact TiVo to report that the guide listing data is wrong for channel 1560 (TVE Internacional) in the Tampa Bay area. On Verizon's STB, the guide seems to be correct for this channel, but on Zap2it and on the TiVo, the channel is listed as TVEI2 and the listings do not match up with what is being shown. It appears they (tivo/zap2it) have mapped the wrong TVEI channel (there's 2 channels TVEI and TVEI2 and TiVo/Zap2it have mapped the latter one when it should be the first one). Any suggestions?

TiVo seems to have taken down their lineup change form. I'd try reporting it to Zap2It. If they correct it, the change will propagate to TiVo.
