hi

Ok my contract is up on the 16 of jan... Thank Gosh...i will get to have channel 4 back .I have learned my lesson on there isnt Dvr like tiivo..so please someone tell me what i need to buy as in tivo,,i am just getting basic cable..

Even though you're just getting basic (presumably analog) cable, at this point, I wouldn't recommend anything other than a TiVo HD. The Series 2's are obsolescent... cable companies are switching to digital (not on a deadline like OTA, but they're doing it of their own accord, so they can carry more channels). Plus the TiVo HD supports all the new streaming services, as well as free digital OTA.
