Organize "Music, Photos & Showcases" - or shortcut to My Music?

I've got TiVo HD w/ an ethernet connection to a Xp box running PyTivo with all my DVDs ripped, all my MP3s and photos, etc. I just love the connectivitiy w/ the TiVo box. However, any time I want to listen to music and go into "Music, Photos & Showcases" there's a huge list with things I'll never use (Dominos, build a rover, Rhapsody, etc.). I understand from other threads there's no way to remove those revenue generating items, however, is there a way to order My Music towards the top - or add a link somewhere else more easily accessible? Thank you.

I just ran a very long HDMI cable along the molding of my living room from my computer to my television and play my music, and videos through that. I know it is more work than pyTivo, but it works so much better. Pick yourself up a wireless mouse and you can browse all your files right from your couch.

And add a capture card and get rid of the TiVo ;)
