Transferring Tivo Recordings

Hi there,

Does anyone know how I can transfer my Tivo recordings into a different DVR system or even to a dvd? I know you can do it to a vcr but threw that away sometime ago.

You can obviously transfer to another Tivo (of the same or higher series -- e.g. series 3 to series 3/tivohd).

"Save to VCR" simply plays the episode with a little bit of protection from remote keypresses. I use it all the time to play to my non-Tivo hard drive/DVD recorder.
