Series 1, TWC Austin, missing Ch 4 again

Series 1, upgraded, analog connection.

Our NBC affiliate is owned by Linn, and was one of the stations removed for awhile, late last year, from the TW lineup.

They (Ch 4, KXAN) returned to TW eventually, and to my Tivo, but a couple of weeks ago, Ch 4 'went away'<?> from the Tivo lineup in my machine. I have channels 2,3,5,etc..

I know it's there, at least, it's available through the set top box, and I assume still through analog, but.. how do i re-add it?

Tivo used to have a webpage that'd allow you to report such errors.

Seems it's been gone for a few weeks now.

I just poked around at tivo.com but still can't find it.

Well, Tivo actually provided pretty good customer service to me, just now.

I called them, and their rep was able to talk me through re-adding Ch4 to the line-up; still have no idea of how it was 'turned off'.

No marvel method, just the basic go through the Tivo interface, to where you can add and delete channels.

Because I hadn't (knowingly, anyway) deleted the channel myself, and there had been that whole Linn/TW Cable kerfluffle, I had assumed I was getting faulty program guide data, which turned out not to be the case.
