Tivo Gripe: Accidental channel change during a pause...

...trashes everything that was being saved during the pause. Really a bother. Why not just keep the past 30 minutes all the time, channel change or not?

And no, recording everything just really doesn't seem practical.

I surprised more folks haven't had some input on this. This has only happened to me 2 maybe 3 times but it really really stinks when it does. I hardly every watch live TV but sometimes at night I'll back up the local news if I'm late getting to bed and sure enough right before the weather I fiddle for the remote and *CRAP* changed the channel.

Maybe if you are behind and go to change the channel TiVO could ask "Are you sure?" I don't know, it's not a big deal till' it happens to YOU.
