The 12/17 episode of Dirty Sexy Money on ABC apparently came from the future; it had a copyright date of 2009.

Actually, DSM is a lot like Heroes; they both seem to go off in 100 different directions at once without much idea where they are headed...

As I recall anything produced in the last 2 months or so of the year can carry the next year's date as the copyright date... of course that's from memory from back before the internet when you had to get the copyright laws in books or at least on paper direct from the copyright office. Things might've changed one way or another.
