Where do I report schedule errors?

I looked at the previous threads suggested and looked all over Tivo's site, but I couldn't find where to report this.

My Tivo hasn't been recording the St. Louis Blues hockey games that air on Saturday's on St. Louis Ch. 11 - KPLR.

I noticed the guide data was incorrect. I checked Zap2it and it was incorrect there as well. I'm using the Charter Communications (digital) for zip 62040.

The tivo is only as good as it's guide data and considering that this is one of the main things I record, it's not doing me any good at this point.

I think the page is down right now, in my favorites i have http://www.tivo.com/setupandsupport/technicalsupport/issueswithmydvr/Reporting_Lineup_Issues_to_TiVo.html which takes me to a page not found message.
