Could still do with out Reese and Tidwell flirting back and forth. I still miss my self destructive Reese.
Interesting Crews is now "involved" and will have to help this internal conspiracy to get Ted out of trouble.
Only bad part was the guy who played the killers boyfriend was from True Blood and you could tell he was falling into his accent from that show a couple times.

Well, his name was "Tex," so I suspect the accent was in character...

Never thought I'd say it, but Reese and Tidwell are slowly starting to grow on me. He's cleaned up a little and seems sincerely interested in her. She's not just a conquest.
The way they're playing it, he almost seems the better part of the bargain between the two of them. Plus, they aren't going all longing looks and cutsy office romance on it.
Glad they're downplaying the "niece". That story line does nothing for me.

I knew him, because TB just finished its run. But who was she? I can't place her, but I recognize her.

This is kind of off the subject, but I caught the first five minutes of this and enjoyed the humor of it. Are all the episodes like that? I've never seen any of this series and if it's all that fun, I'm definitely going to catch up with it online.

And she's a piece of work from Californication.

Yes, the humor is a big part of the show. There is an ebb and flow, however, as the writers seem to be trying to find a balance between pleasing the current viewers and attracting a bigger audience. Over on the AVS Forums I read that "Life" viewers are among the most loyal to their show (I guess that means we would follow it anywhere, to any time slot) but the ratings are not good enough to insure the survival of the show.
Season 1 is definitely worth a watch as the humor had yet to be toned down.

D'oh! Of course. I just didn't recognize her without Charlie spanking her (off-topic Californication reference).

the calif. girl also showed up in another show this fall but i forget which one.
Poor ted...on parole this will get him in deep do do. And we need more of the redhead! Can she maybe do prison visits with him? :)
I still wish the capt romance wasnt part of this. Even with haircut he'll always been that oogy guy to me. And is 'tact' leave something to be desired.

Ok, why on Earth would Crews and Reese go to the Murder Museum in the first place.
Obviously that would have (and did) tipped them off.

Sarah Shahi was in the L Word. Seasons 2 and 3 only. (Season 6 starts Jan. 18.)

Ahh. I was referring to the prior episode. I'm one ep back. Malaya Rivera Drew (the faux Native American) plays Adele in Season 5 of The L Word.

I agree that she's incredibly lovely and I like her character, but she seems to be a psychological mess to me in terms of relationship material.

(OK, probably a guy thing. Or a boy thing. Teen-aged boy thing. The teen-aged boy that lives in all guys.)
