Tivo Server Stopped Working - repeatedly

Within the last week or so, my Tivo Desktop Plus 2.6 (server) has been crashing multiple times per day. Here is what Windows (Vista) tells me:

Can anyone make heads or tails of this? Is it something with my computer? My network? My ISP?

All the tivo server properties were set to default. I did change (just now) the maximum cache size from the min default of 10MB to the max of 300MB - not sure if that will make any difference.

Ideas?

Different Fault Module Name and different "additional information."

I am getting the same error, repeatedly. "Tivo Server Service Process has stopped working"

Begins to send, I see the blue light on the Tivo, but, then stops with this error on the PC.
