I noticed that my PC wasn't transferring files to my tivo. I checked the properties for video and when I tried to close the window I get this error:
"None of the selected DVRs are linked to your Tivo Account. Please select a valid DVR."
Do you have any ideas? Nothing has changed on my Tivo accounts.
Thanks.

I noticed there have been no responses to the OP.
I have the same problem on my Tivo HD.
I upgraded to Desktop Plus just for this capability.
I can ping the Tivo HD from my computer. I can transfer shows from the Tivo HD to my PC.
When in Desktop Plus I select FILE | PICK VIDEO TO PUBLISH, the ADD VIDEO window opens up in an explorer-type view. I select the folder and click ADD, and the window changes to VIDEO FOLDER PROPERTIES. I select Yes, Transfer Recording to the Tivo and I get the error message the OP wrote.
Any ideas - anyone?

OK, fixed the error I was getting as the OP. I'm posting this here in case anyone else stumbles across this old thread.
In short, I needed to update the TiVo Desktop software certificate.
In more detail....
I found the answer for my problem on Tivo's support site. (http://www.tivo.com/setupandsupport/technicalsupport/helpwithtivofeatures/TiVoToGo_Troubleshooting.html) I clicked on the page link which says "My TiVo DVR says that I have no recordings on my PC"
Under step 1 it says "If you do not wish to update to the latest version of TiVo Desktop, renew only your software certificate by clicking here". (How to update your TiVo Desktop software certificate)
Clicking on "Clicking here" is another page link to the bottom of the page, describing the steps to update the TiVo Desktop software certificate.
I downloaded the updated certificate zip file and unzipped it to a temp folder. I turned off the Tivo Desktop server using the Desktop icon in the notification are of the Windows XP taskbar (that area on the right side listing the currently running software.) I followed the instructions to run the software.
As soon as the software finished, I restared the Desktop server on the PC. I went to the TiVo and restarted it. When it was done, I was able to go to "Now Playing" and find the PC name with the Tivo Desktop at the bottom of the list. When I clicked on my PC name, everything I had previously set as video to publish showed up.

The first thing to try is resetting the Media Access Key. I have had to reset this several times. If that doesn't work, reset the other two setting under FILE.
