Hi all,
I have had a Tivo HD in our den since they first were sold, and like it, (despite all of the issues we had to go through, blah blah blah). So I thought it was time to get a 2nd Tivo for our bedroom, so they could do MRV with each other.
Well, MRV does work great...when it works at all. I seem to have to reset the network config once a day on Tivo #1 in order for it to be seen by Tivo #2.
Is it normal for one Tivo to "lose sight of" the other on a daily basis, assuming neither is rebooted? I know that I can always reset the network config on one as a workaround, but is it too much to expect that they will always see each other?
BTW, both are up to date on the Tivo s/w version.
thanks,
Rob from AZ
