Simultaneous transfers-- two TiVos from one pyTiVo instance?

Now that the subfolder hack is no longer needed, I've given access to my pyTiVo shares to other TiVos in the house. As would happen, we end up unknowingly requesting transfers at the same time. This seemed fine at first, but then we realized that transfers run at the same time disappeared from each NPL as soon as they completed.

I am running keegan's 2008.05.02 Windows installer version. Anyone else successfully run simultaneous transfers or had the disappearing transfers problem? I couldn't find any posts on the subject.
