Quick question...
I have 2 TivoHD's TCD652160.
One in the family Room, (Monthly Sub/ activated 05/15/2008, 500GB drive)
One in the bedroom, (Lifetime Sub/ activated 09/04/2008, 750GB drive)

Not getting the use of them i thought i would. (wife wanted bedroom one, doesn't use it)
My options:
1: Keep the lifetime(750GB), pay the early termination fee $155.40, live happily ever after!
2: Keep the Monthly Sub, Swap the HDD's, Sell the lifetime on ebay! deal with payments, or put a lifetime on it 5/09.

Anything i should know?
What would you do??

Any problems swapping drives? (shows stay intact? Re-pair cards....)

Pairing the cards was a real pain in the ass!! Thanks Comcast!

You can't swap the drives without running a clear and delete everything. The shows are encrypted and won't play on another unit.

THAT SUCKS!
1 hour and 45 minutes to transfer HD 1 hour show, I will be transfering for a while!
Also correct me if i am wrong, but i have to re- pair the cablecards to the tivo again right?
I did the first 2 with Insight over the phone in under 30 minutes. I went and picked them up at their office.
Comsuck "Rolls The Truck" for everything! Wont give me CRAP at the window. Second cablecard went bad, had to wait 3 weeks for the Truck. But i digress...

Also, after reading my own post and seeing how stupid it looks... Best to wait till may to sell it huh?
Thanks for the reply.

I would like to PM you a question that doesn't go on the boards if i may.
