Hi. I have successfully used Desktop Plus to convert files for my iPod, but the software saves them on a drive that is almost full. It is not the drive where my active iTunes library is located (I moved the library some time ago). Is there a way to redirect where the converted file is saved? I can't find any option like that in Desktop. Thanks.

Desktop 2.5.1 had an option to change it but it was removed in 2.6.2. You should be able to set it manually using regedit. Look under the HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\TiVo\Desktop\Converter key for a value named OutputPath.

I will give that a try. Thank you.

I recommend that you just go into TiVo Desktop, click file> preferences> and then set the file locations for "My TiVo Recordings for Portables" as you see fit.

Jerry's still 'the man' and I'm wiping the egg off of my face now. :o

I still use 2.5.1 for everyday use and forgot that my test PC with 2.6.2 didn't have Desktop Plus. Once I entered my Plus activation key the option to change the My TiVo Recordings for Portables location magically appeared.

Sorry for posting inaccurate information.
