Caught my Tivo downloading a bunch of "Days of Our Lives" extras from the "Download TV, Movies, & Web Video" section again.
This is something I've already deleted the Season Pass for twice. I originally set that download up for my ex-GF a year or so ago, but then deleted it during the fall. It and all my old Season Passes came back for some reason, so I once again disabled the download and fixed my Season Passes.
Now today I look at my Now Playing list and it had downloaded 4 or 5 different Days of Our Lives extras again. I went back to the "Download TV, Movies, & Web Video" section again, found the program, and sure enough the Season Pass was back again.
Why does this keep happening? And if anyone from Tivo is reading this, it sure would be nice if Season Passes for downloaded programs showed up in the normal Season Passes list. As it is, to cancel a download you have to navigate through the slow list of downloadable programs to find the program, then cancel the Season Pass from there.
I've now gone online to My Account, DVR Preferences and disabled downloading. That should take care of it once and for all, I hope. I'm on a Mobile Broadband connection with a 5GB per month download limit, and every MB I download over 5GB is billed at like 25 cents per MB. So Tivo downloading stuff I don't want is not only annoying, it could get very expensive.
