Dead HDVR2 Value?

I have a HDVR2 and the drive died again, It's stuck on the "Powering Up" screen.

I replaced the drive about 3 years ago with a Weaknees kit, but called Directv this time and they are sending me a new HR22 for free.

Any Value in this unit or is it garbage?

Hard to say. Check eBay for sales and see. May be worth a bit for parts.
