TiVo Desktop Conversion Problem

I get this error message every single time I try to convert for iPod... I have bought the plus software a long time ago and mostly used it to go from pc to tivo, but now we have 2 iPhones in the house and want to get our tv on...

anyone ever see this before or have any ideas?

I have the plus also, but I generally do not use it for conversion on the fly. Most of my usage is to push back en mass to the TiVo. I have been using Handbrake for converting programs or DVDs to iPod format for my daughter.

yes - originally hi def content...

I just tried it with SD content and it gives the same error...

ok, was the SD content digital or recorded and encoded by the TiVo DVR itself. If it was the DVR, what quality setting was used?
