I have a Tivo HD with Comcast and a single M-Card.
A few weeks ago the Tivo stopped receiving some channels in the 44-64 band. The missing channels include MSNBC, Fox News, USA, VH1 and Lifetime, but we still receive CNN, and MTV, which are also between 44 and 64. When selecting one of these channels, the guide data is there, but we see a black screen and a message saying "no signal."
I have verified on the comcast website that all these channels are part of a package we subscribe to. These channels also come when using the TV's tuner, and on other TVs in the house, and on a Series I Tivo in another room. The picture quality on the missing channels when not tuned in on TiVo looks the same as channels we do receive. Also, no HD channels are affected, including HD versions of some of the missing channels. I don't think it is a signal strength issue.
BTW, I have resarted, but have not removed the cable card. Is re-pairing the card the next step?
