Had to say goodbye to Tivo.. cable DVR sucks!

It hurt.. but i had to call and cancel my tivo sub once i upgraded my TV to an HD model.. they don't have the TivoHD unit in Canada..

So now i'm using the DVR from my cableco.. omg.. so not in the same class as Tivo.. maybe one day i'll be back.. i hope so!

Well, don't let HD stop you from using your TiVo with SD.

Mind you, I recently upgraded to HD and canceled service on one of my TiVos, because I was using it less, and watching HD more. My remaining TiVo is used with an SD box to record some things, mostly SD cable stuff.
If my remaining TiVo weren't a Product Lifetimer, I might have kept subscribing. Then again, if I had a dual tuner HD-DVR from my provider, I would have probably canceled it.
