Cannot upgrage from 7.2.2

I have a Toshiba SD H400. The drive died, Replaced the 100GB with a 120GB. Copied the 7.2.2 backup program ok. At 2am eveynight it does a reset to get upgraded, but it never happens.

Do I call a tivo or can I do anything.

Then machine runs ok

Are you sure the backup image came from an SD-H400? Also, did you do a clear & delete everything after installing the new drive?

Yes, this my 3rd drive. Used the same copy
Other 2 times it went ok

Phone or internet? The phone will take a few calls to get the entire update. You could force a couple calls to speed up the process.

i've seen this happen on an unsubbed box - won't upgrade as it can't extract the software

not sure if it applies here?
