Automatically transfer new video from PC to Tivo?

I watch a couple of podcast shows on my computer. Many of them have rss feeds that I could use so that I can download the file automatically and store locally on my PC.

I was wondering, is there a program that can run on my PC that would automatically transfer new video files with me having to personally do it. It is kind of like using Tivo Desktop that can automatically transfer shows from Tivo to PC. I want to do the opposite. Is it possible?

TiVo Desktop Plus has the ability publish a folder who's contents are automatically sent to your TiVo. So you could have the RSS feed program download the files into that folder, then TiVo Desktop would automatically transfer them to the TiVo.

One note of caution, my wife has been using this feature for a while and she complains that it has lots of problems with shows not actually downloading or it downloading more shows then allocated in the Keep At Most limit, so it's not 100% reliable.
