Is this (one of?) the first time(s) they had real celeb voices? Andy Dick & Bob Barker were for real...

The Michael Jackson joke was about 20 years late. The bathtub scene was awesome!!!!

I thought outside the quagmire gag it was a weak episode. To be honest I enjoy american dad much more than family guy these days.

American dad was pretty good this week, but I thought this was one of the funniest FG's this year

They have celeb voices all the time.

My fortune read "obvious lesbian gives you a promotion" or something like that.

They have celeb voices all the time.

Most notable example being Mayor Adam West, who has always been voiced by the real Adam West.

I know Bob Barker has been on the show before, although I can't picture him actually watching "Family Guy" to see the results of his voice recording sessions. :D

Kinda OT but Robot Chicken also has a lot of real celebs doing their own voice overs and Seth Green is on the show as Chris, so I am sure between Seth Green (and his connections of just how many movies he has done as well as TV shows and connections) and Seth MacFarlane, plus it being Family Guy a well known and watched show many celebs do their own voices. To me I would, I am getting parodied regardless, might as well be "cool" and make fun of myself.

I don't know...Bob seems like the type of person who'd have a good sense of humor.

I wonder if blimp house was a subtle reference to Pixar's upcoming movie Up (http://www.pixar.com/featurefilms/up/)? Eh, maybe not ...

Quick answer: pretty much a martini made with scotch instead of gin.

Is this (one of?) the first time(s) they had real celeb voices? Andy Dick & Bob Barker were for real...
That's also Carrie Fisher voicing Peter's boss, and the credits say Sinbad had a part (probably the MC in the Apollo Theater cutaway).
You would think the guest stars would receive a better credit than "Also Starring".

And I noticed Elisha Cuthbert's name in there too. Not sure what voice she provided.

I guess I wasn't clear.. I mostly meant celebs doing their _own_ voices, not playing a character.. (not like most voice actors on cartoons really play characters anymore..)

Still, it happens quite a bit - I can think of four off the top of my head: James Woods has voiced himself twice, and Jennie Garth, Jason Priestley, and Tori Spelling voiced themselves (well, their Beverly Hills 90210 characters). It's easy for an actor to record a line or two (in some cases, they do it over the phone) for one of FG's cutaway scenes.

I had never seen that grape smashing video bit, and I'm from Atlanta! That's hilarious that FG parodied it.
