My SP won't pick up the 1st episode of Legend of the Seeker

On WGN. TiVo thinks it's a repeat of an already recorded episode, which is obviously impossible. Anybody else seeing this problem?

Further research shows the TiVo wanted to pick up the 11/3 3AM version of the episode instead of the 11/1 5PM episode. Weird. I toggled the SP between "First-Run Only" and "First & Repeats" and now it's picking up the 11/1 episode like it should.

For syndicated shows, I find I often have to go with "First & Repeats" to get things to work right: It isn't an issue until they start rerunning the whole series, and by then I can change the Season Pass.
