In-laws finally upgrading from series 1 to tivo HD. couple questions

They live in ND and get their cable through midcontinent. I have no idea how large a company they are. can anyone tell me what they charge for a cable card?
They will need a wireless router connected to their mac. Can someone recommend a good model?

Questions regarding cable company pricing are best answered by the local provider. Even within the same state costs can vary for the same provider.

As far as a router, I don't have any specific recommendations. I use a Netgear router and I am happy with it.
