HDVR2 not getting new software after restore

I used an instantcake CD to replace a failed drive back in June, it loaded 6.2.

However, it's never upgraded to any newer version, so now my time zone is screwed up for this week. Daily calls have always worked fine.
I'm not sure why it hasn't upgraded over the past 4 months, which I need now to fix the daylight savings issue.

You should have used 6.2a or 6.4a which were changed to correct the date problem. You could connect to the phone line and try to force an update to 6.4a or learn to live with the problem for a few weeks. all your season passes should work correctly.

I didn't have a 6.2a cd, and didn't want to spend another $20.
It's always made it's daily calls, and I've done several manual calls. It's just not getting any updates.
